Certain cities across the state are seeing significant inventory pullbacks and price corrections right now, and they all have a few major warning signs in common: too much endless builder supply, heavy investor activity, and a total lack of long-term coastal scarcity. Here is the 2026 reality check on the top markets to watch out for:
5⃣ Port St. Lucie (St. Lucie West): Down 7.1% year-over-year. Driven by affordability, not a replica-proof lifestyle. 🧱
