5 Florida Areas I’d Actually Move to in 2026
Last week, I talked about five Florida markets I would be very careful buying in right now. So naturally, the next question is… where would I actually buy?
In this video, I’m breaking down five Florida areas I would personally look at first if I were relocating to Florida in 2026 and wanted to protect my lifestyle, resale value, and long-term investment.
This is not about finding the cheapest home in Florida. It is about finding the strongest lifestyle for your budget.
We’ll talk about St. Johns County, Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Wellen Park, North Venice, and the Greater Sarasota lifestyle corridor.
The biggest mistake I see Florida buyers make is chasing square footage or price and forgetting about geography. Beach access matters. Schools matter. Newer construction matters. Restaurants, healthcare, town centers, farmers markets, parks, trails, golf, boating, and outdoor lifestyle all matter.
And most importantly, scarcity matters.
