And don’t get me wrong — online research is a great starting point. Most relocation buyers begin with Google searches, Zillow listings, and YouTube videos to learn about different areas and communities. It’s a helpful way to get familiar with the region and start narrowing down options.
But the problem is when online research becomes the finish line instead of just the starting point.
Google doesn’t live here. YouTube thumbnails don’t sit in traffic during season. Algorithms don’t understand your lifestyle, your priorities, or how you actually want to spend your time once you move.
